Article 1: Preamble
Defined between the seller, the Company GREEN GOAT and individuals purchasing spirulina-based products including drinks and dehydrated spirulina
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GCS”) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by the Seller.
Article 2: Acceptance of the conditions
Any order placed with the seller implies unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale by the buyer.
Article 3: Product characteristics
GREEN GOAT sells only spirulina-based products including drinks and dehydrated spirulina
Article 4: Order conditions
Orders must be placed on the website for delivery to a relay point or delivery within 48 hours on working days.
Article 5: Modification of orders
Order modifications must also be made at least 24 hours before delivery to the relay point or delivery
Article 6: Delivery
Deliveries only for all orders from 2000 CFP (delivery cost 500 CFP).
Deliveries will be made on Wednesday And SATURDAY between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m..
Article 7: Payment and invoicing
Payment is made at the time of ordering or directly by card on the website. Invoices will be available in customer accounts.

Article 9: Personal information and protection of personal data
The information and data provided by the customer and collected by the seller on the site (such as their first and last name, contact details, details of their orders) are treated in complete confidentiality and are saved in one or more databases.
The customer's personal data requested by the seller, the data controller, are necessary for the recording, monitoring and archiving of their orders, the commercial and marketing management of their file and the quality of their relations with the Seller.
The customer's personal information and data are also kept by the seller for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable the personalization of the services offered and the information sent to the customer by the seller.
The Customer may modify the authorizations they have provided at any time through their account or by contacting customer service by email. In particular, the Customer may unsubscribe from newsletters or refuse all commercial solicitations at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the message.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
The various elements of the site: brands, content, illustrations and images, etc. are protected under copyright, trademark law, patent law and image rights.
Any deterioration, as well as, in the absence of authorization, any reproduction, downloading, copying, modification, commercial use, in whole or in part, of said elements is prohibited and exposes its author(s) to prosecution.
Article 11: Liability
The product description is the sole contractual source. As products are constantly evolving, the seller may modify without notice the product packaging, technical composition and characteristics of the product references, which are given for information purposes only.
The seller shall not be liable in the event that the failure to perform its obligations results from an act of God.
The seller is only bound by an obligation of means with regard to the operation and continuity of the site.
The customer declares that he accepts the characteristics and limits of an online service, and in particular acknowledges:
– That he is aware of the hazards of online consultation, in particular with regard to response times;
– That it is his responsibility to take all necessary measures to ensure that the technical characteristics of his computer and/or his computer network
– Allow him access to the site;
– That he is solely responsible for his Internet access;

The customer is solely responsible for his use of the service and cannot hold the seller responsible for any claim and/or procedure made against him.
Article 12: Applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The prior search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the time limits for taking action under the guarantee.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. All relationships arising from the connection and/or use of the site are subject to French law.
